Greatly enjoyed Windhoek, the hotel was relaxing and quaint to the nearby shopping mall. I got a beautifully presented room with separate bathroom. Everything was fine, including fresh and savoury breakfasts with eggs and bacon.
The staff was absolutely rude.

The wifi reception in some rooms of the hotel is quite poor. I had trouble connecting to websites and had to go elsewhere to work.

The hotel served complimentary Christmas cookies in our room, and the pool was clean and refreshing in the hot summer weather. the location was central and convenient to explore the city on foot, with several restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with plenty of clean towels and offering to call us cabs whenever we needed.
The room itself was musty and smelled unclean, and the bathroom had mold in the corners. the bed was also uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep.
