Greatly enjoyed Windhoek, the hotel was relaxing and quaint to the nearby shopping mall. I got a beautifully presented room with separate bathroom. Everything was fine, including fresh and savoury breakfasts with eggs and bacon.

    The staff was absolutely rude.

Staff was very welcoming and gave us great advice. Convenient location, a short walk to shops, restaurants, and other points of interest in Windhoek. - Easy to find as it's located away from the main road.

The hotel had a prime location, very close to important landmarks. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional - savory, unique flavors and incredible presentation.

The wifi reception in some rooms of the hotel is quite poor. I had trouble connecting to websites and had to go elsewhere to work.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood, yet still conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a touch of flamingo-themed décor, and some even have private patios or balconies. The hot showers are a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

No significant concerns to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel served complimentary Christmas cookies in our room, and the pool was clean and refreshing in the hot summer weather. the location was central and convenient to explore the city on foot, with several restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with plenty of clean towels and offering to call us cabs whenever we needed.

The room itself was musty and smelled unclean, and the bathroom had mold in the corners. the bed was also uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep.

Additionally, it was really easy to find when travelling to-and-from the airport.

We arrived in Namibia for a self-driving trip and needed a stopover. Gardens Boutique was the perfect place for us. The hotel is beautiful, with ample parking and friendly staff. Our room was large and gorgeous, with a great bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on the terrace and had a fantastic breakfast before leaving. A great start to our trip!

    Strongly recommend this hotel.
